Vocals demo stage 4 + last song
Today I finished recording demo stage 4 for the vocals. In this, the last song I wrote for the album, Overthrow, was the last one to be recorded. And it is funny how the process works; I wrote some new melodies today, just to record them half an hour later.
Now the next step is add harmonies to the melodies if needed.
God bless!

Vokalist - Progress of health and updating routines
Yesterday I went to Ingvar Bengtsson at Mindvoice. As told earlier in this blog; I have had issues with my vokal performance since november 2025 but the session in january and now; this one yesterday; together with Ingvar opened my eyes. I am now slowly rebuilding, reactivating and taking bigger steps to a greater voice. I was almost moved to tears how great it sounded.
In this leap upward; I have added new warmup songs to build strength in a new way. I have really high hopes for the future. And below; the first version of this new list (this will be updated of course):
* Song 2 (Blur)
* Everlong (Foo Fighters)
* Symphony of Destruction (Megadeth)
* For Whom the bell tolls (Metallica)
* Windowpane (Opeth)
* Hallelujah (Nordman)
God bless!

Back in the Studio - Vocals demo stage 4
Due to unbelief and sickness in my voice I put off recording vocals for a long time now. But a few days ago I picked up the axe again. I started recorded on a couple of songs. The thing is; my voice is not back on track yet; still; I managed to update the melodies even further and I am quite pleased with the progress this far. The true silver lining with the sickness is I have to really focus on my technique and it is a good thing. All I need now is a lot of time and when I put everything in the right order I will overcome.
Stay tuned!
God bless!

Last Song Forever?
Tonight I decided (yet again...), this is it... The last song forever... could it be? Well; I have been struggling with my voice and this affected so many areas in my life. 23rd of October I mentioned songwriting some songs. One of them, Fall Down, has been scraped. But I was not done. Some other songs as well was archived during the latest month. And most important of all; today I finished writing the last song (forever?); Overthrow FNA Would U Believe. I scanned the archives and found a lyric written in Namibia last year. With just minor changes and adding some phrases it fitted the music like a glove. I am content! Now; let us restart the recording process.
Stay tuned!
God bless!

Relax - Nothing is impossible!
Today I went to my vocal coach Ingvar Bengtsson at MindVoice. My hopes and expectations were really low; my faith was at rock bottom. Somehow, I felt I needed to, yeah, I must go and see him and talk about the situation at least. And there is no regret in that decision! It blows my mind what happenend! Pieces of the puzzle to become the singer I really am fell into place. Revelations about how everything is possible when you just relax, breathe in and breathe out and reach for the heavens! And to my amazement I could actually pull off singing for the first time since around 22nd of November 2025.
Thank you Ingvar Bengtsson for being a Miracle Bringer!
Thank you God for the miracle!
God bless!

Headed back to the studio (as vokalist & songwriter)
Well... tonight I spent some time in the studio listening to the vocal demos recorded during end of october until end of november. I am still not well in my voice (it is five weeks now) but I figured; at least I coukd take another listen and revaulate the recordings yet again. And so I did. Some of it were good and some I need to change. It is time to fly (as mentioned in earlier blog posts) and som parts are too shy. There will be changes in the arrangements as well. No matter what; things can always be better! And since I can not record any vocals right now, I might as well re-arrange some stuff and write new parts. Why not?
Stay tuned!
And... most of all...
God bless Ya All!
